ISIM, from intelligent transport system developer ISBAK of Istanbul, Turkey, is an all-Java traffic planning, simulation, and analysis tool that lets users simulate, plan, and con-struct road networks using different road, junction, car, speed, and other relevant parameters for maximum results.
